📍 In-Store Pickup
- We offer in-store and curbside pickup for all purchases.
- Pickup Location: 92/203 Gokhle Marg, Agarwal Farm, Mansarovar, Jaipur – 302020
- Pickup Hours: Monday - Saturday (9:00 AM - 5:00 PM)
🚚 Standard & Expedited Shipping
- We ship pan-India through DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post.
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays & holidays).
- Delivery Timeframes: Delivery timelines vary by city; check the estimated delivery date at checkout.
- Shipping Costs: Final shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout based on order weight and location.
📢 Peak Season Notice: During sales events or festivals, order processing may take slightly longer due to high demand.
2️⃣ FREE SHIPPING POLICY
🚫 Not all orders qualify for free shipping. Free shipping is available only for select categories and products.
✔ Eligible products will be marked as "Free Shipping" at checkout.
3️⃣ EXPEDITED SHIPPING & FEES
We offer expedited shipping options at additional costs:

All delivery dates are estimates and subject to courier processing times. Once your order is shipped, we will send an email with tracking details.
4️⃣ DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
❌ No, we currently do not offer international shipping.
5️⃣ SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS & POLICIES
✅ Processing Time: Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding Sundays).
✅ Door Delivery: Available via DTDC, Delhivery, and India Post.
✅ Station Pickup: For certain areas, orders may need to be picked up from the nearest collection center.
✅ Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD): Customers can choose prepaid payment or opt for COD (ToPay Mode).
✅ Accurate Address & PINCODE: Ensure a valid address, PINCODE, and mobile number for smooth delivery.
📌 Orders placed on weekends (Saturday & Sunday) will be processed on Monday.
6️⃣ WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
In case of any unexpected delay, we will notify you via email with a revised estimated delivery date.
