Thank you for shopping with us at Farmgokart! We hope you love your purchase, but if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or an exchange. Please review our return policy below for detailed information.


RETURNS

All return requests must be made within one (1) day of the delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please email our customer service team at farmgokart@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

After receiving your RMA number:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests must be made immediately after placing the order. If the order has already been shipped, cancellations will not be entertained.


REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within five (5) days. You will be notified via email once your refund is completed.


EXCEPTIONS & IMPORTANT NOTES

🔹 Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at farmgokart@gmail.com with images of the item to arrange a refund or exchange.

🔹 Missing Items: If any items are missing from your order, kindly check all packaging thoroughly. If the items are still missing, you can either:
✅ Request a free reshipment of the missing items.
✅ Receive a full refund for the missing items.

🔹 Parcel Tampering: If your package appears opened, tampered with, or has missing contents, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately with your order details and photos.

🔹 Wrong or Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect product, we will arrange a free return shipment and replace the item at no additional cost.

🔹 Customer Order Errors: If an incorrect item was ordered by mistake, we will accept a return, but the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

📌 For faster resolution, we strongly recommend recording a video while opening your package. This helps us verify any issues and process refunds or exchanges quickly.
